Therapists are available for booking appointments Monday-Friday 9:30am-8pm. Some weekend appointments are available, depending on the therapist’s schedule. Same-day appointments are available for Osteopathy. We do not take walk-ins for consultation or therapy.

We are situated in the heart of the heritage district of St. Thomas at 378 Talbot St – Suite 9. Our location is fully accessible with accessible parking in the lot behind us (entrance off of Elgin St), with extra street parking available on Talbot.
PLEASE NOTE: If you are attending an appointment outside of 9am-5pm, Monday-Friday, or on holidays, you will need to buzz in for the door to unlock. Instructions and the keypad are to the right of the parking lot entrance.
